Zhu Wei; born in Beijing in 1966, joined the People's Liberation Army in 1982 where he was trained to paint. He has since become the world's leading Chinese contemporary artist. China China is his best known sculpture series, which was contracted to Laran Bronze to enlarge and produce 56 four foot figures made of bronze and aluminum. Laran Bronze turned to MSS Fine Art Handling to build crates and pack each figure for shipping to such destinations as Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, St. Louis, and New Zealand..
